Before you order please be sure to read all the rules carefully.

Before Ordering

• Do not claim the layout as your own • Make sure you fill out the form completely • Please do not alter the layout I make for you • A link is required when you use my layout • Please do not e-mail me asking about your layout. I will always keep you updated • I do not make layouts for sites with illegal content • If you are not pleased with your layout you may ask for minor alterations • Payments through paypal only (or image accounts in some cases..just ask). Please make sure you have the necessary funds on your paypal account • Be sure to provide me with good quality images for your layout I will ask you to send me half of the payment before I start working on your layout. Once completed Iwill send you a watermarked version of your layout, and you may ask for minor alterations. Oncepleased with the layout I will ask you to send the rest of the payment & then I can send you your layout.I do not refund the money you send me. If you never reply back to me after the watermarked versionhas been sent, I will be keeping the first half of the payment.
